Rates

To rent the entire Villa is:

$225.00/night (Double Occupancy)
$300.00/night (Three persons)

Two night minimum

The Villa comfortably accommodates 3 people.

All rates are subject to local & state hotel tax.

Policies

• Check in from 4:00pm
   

• Check out by 12:00 noon  
   

• Payment accepted by Master Card, Visa,
  Discover, American Express.
   

• A deposit of 1 nights' stay or 50% of entire reservation (whichever is greater) is required at time of reservation.
   

• Deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to reservation date.
   

• Gift certificates are available.
   

• Smoking outside only, please.
   

• No pets please.
   

• No children under 12, please.
